We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains the type, purpose, and scope of data collection when using the Safe Pillar app (“App”). Unless otherwise stated in this document, the App does not transmit personal data to us or third parties without your consent. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. Please note that data transmission over the Internet may have security vulnerabilities, and complete protection against third-party access is not possible.

3. How Your Data Is Collected

  • Payment Processing: Purchase-related data is processed by the external service RevenueCat (see Section 10).

  • No Personal Data Processing by Us: We do not intentionally process personal data or send data to our severs.

  • No transmission of images: Captured images are not transmitted to us or third parties.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

To manage in-app purchases and subscriptions via RevenueCat.

5. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent to data processing at any time by deleting the App from your device.

6. Data Retention

  • Locally stored data (e.g., created projects, incidents and generated and locally stored pdf's) remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.

  • Payment-related data retention is governed by RevenueCat’s policies.

7. Data Collected by the App

The following categories of data may be collected:

  • Device-generated identifiers from RevenueCat for subscription management (not personally identifying)

  • Purchase history for subscription verification

8. Security Measures

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

However, as with all digital systems, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

9. App Permissions

The App may request — with your explicit consent — access to:

  • Camera / images stored on your device for incident documentation

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Changes will be made available within the App, and continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

11. Use of RevenueCat for Payment Processing

We use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., 1032 E Brandon Blvd #3003, Brandon, FL 33511, USA) to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.

Data transmitted to RevenueCat may include:

  • Purchase history (product IDs, purchase date, subscription status)

  • Anonymous RevenueCat ID — not linked to a specific individual

RevenueCat does not process:

  • Sensitive personal data

  • Images or incidents

Legal basis for international data transfer:

Transfers are based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
